Otto is Mt. View CPA’s Director, and teaches accounting at Saint Martin’s University. As Director, he supervises the executive staff and management for services including Attest, Tax, and Accounting products to the Chehalis, Centralia, Morton, and Winlock areas. In addition, he is responsible to the shareholders for earnings performance and stewardship of all firm assets. Prior to joining Mt. View CPA’s he also taught at Centralia College, where he was the head of the accounting department and helped to initiate the Forensic Accounting Club and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Center (VITA). Otto served in the Navy and the Army for 21 years after which he was the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) for Naturally LLC. He is a helicopter pilot, played drums in a church band and loves scuba diving! He has three children and a dog named Lucy.

She works with the staff to ensure they have the proper training and is responsible to ensure that the work we do is up to par with state, federal and industry requirements. Wendy graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University and has over 25 years of accounting and tax experience. Wendy has worked with all aspects of bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, financial statement audit, payroll preparation, payroll tax compliance, individual, business and estate tax preparation as well as tax planning and IRS conflict resolution. As a CPA, she has successfully represented clients before the IRS as well as various state agencies. She is a QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor. Wendy was also an adjunct instructor in the accounting program at Centralia Community College for several years. Wendy has volunteered with her church youth group, the gymnastics booster club, Girl Scouts and AARP volunteer income tax center. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 5 kids, photography, scrapbooking and watching her daughters’ gymnastics and cheer competitions.

John is a CPA and holds a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Accounting. John operated as a self-employed practitioner for 3 years before joining the Mt. View CPA team, he is one of our newest partners. Outside the hours of 8-5, John loves to spend time with his family. He also plays electric guitar for a network of churches and enjoys getting outside whenever possible.

Skyheart is from the Philippines, she speaks both English and Tagalog, and is currently learning Spanish. Skyheart acquired her Bachelor’s in Business Management June of 2020 at Centralia College. While attending Centralia College, she was the #1 speaker on campus, Trio Club President and the first mentor of M2IND program. She was also a part of Centralia College Student Government and held the Senator for Student Advocacy position, served within the Student Policy Council, Diversity, and Sustainability committee. Skyheart enjoys writing, poetry, reading, art, spirituality, playing pool, bowling, playing guitar, hiking, collecting rocks, and exploring the unknown. She also strives to learn the meaning and purpose of life; to gain greater consciousness and understanding; and to formulate a philosophy of her own.

Jenn's previous roles as a business owner, office manager, and billing specialist have honed her ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Beyond her professional endeavors, she has pursued education in medical secretarial work, early childhood development, fashion design/merchandising, and architecture, demonstrating her passion for continuous learning and personal growth. In her spare time, Jenn enjoys volunteering with Girl Scouts as a co-leader of a multilevel, super troop and the Service Unit Manager for Lewis County. Jenn enjoys indulging in hobbies such as sewing, crafting, reading, baking, and camping. She can often be found in her home office running her vinyl business, in her kitchen whipping up a culinary delight or out in the community with her Girl Scouts. Before entering public accounting, Johnny built a diverse career with a broad range of real-world experience spanning hospitality, finance, and client services—including roles as a licensed Insurance and Annuities Advisor, funeral Pre-Planning Sales Consultant, Casino Table Games Supervisor, and Cruise Director with Holland America Line. These experiences shaped his leadership and communication style, adding warmth and professionalism to his client relationships.
